    Thumbs down the wrong way to get help

    A problem has occurred..... What do I do? ( here's what you don't do ) Don't make your first post one claming to have a big problem.

    Chances are your problem isn't a big one.

    I'll bet the fix is very easy.

    99% of issues are minor shipping issues or screw ups by the shipping department. They ship have shipped houndreds of thousands of orders over the last 6 years. unfortunatly they can't get them all right the first time. I will promiss they will get all right mistakes fixed once they are informed of the issue.

    Send a PM. ! This works wonders.


    This was edited because this is a 1st post..... contact [email protected] they will get your order straight. We guarenty all orders.

    Note :We never have your credit card numbers we don't prosess the cards you do. This is not the way to get order problems fixed. The service department is very fast once they know there is a problem. Make sure you give them all the info they need to help them help you. Thanks for your business.

    well it seems to be problems around ordering. I tried ordering but my cards got declinde even that i had money and gave the correct info. Also Even when my cards got declined they still took the money from my account. I went and orderd from another site. So lion if you see this please tell me when i can get my funds back

    oh yes my mom contacted them multiple times through email and they'd say that they would rectify it and then do nothing (brother used mom's card)

    If you get a decline on a card and continue to try to prosess an order the bank puts a security hold on funds. The hold will drop off. We have no control of it.

    as i read his post this is not what happened nor was it at all what happened in my case and even if it was this was never explained at all

    When they put a security hold on the funds they the bank takes it. for 48 hours I believe. send the service department an email. They will check into it for you.

    Now I have written several messages to the mail address you gave me, but still no concrete proposal on possible solutions, why is that?

    How hard could it be, for a large company like yours, to send me one single product + giving me my 65 dollars back?

    PM me your name and the info you sent them. I will see it gets taken care of personally. To this point they have not received any emails from you. Please make sure your emails are not being returned to you. Also we will make sure this is properly taken care of as soon as we can look up he order information as we have yet to recieve it via email.

    I gave him the adddy for the service department. I checked the log ...nothing. I have not clue as to why we aare not getting his emails. We are getting everyones else's.

    I have ordered from lion several time. He is one of the best suppliers I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.
    My guess is its user/customer error.

    My guess it's not, please tell my credit card that it is "his" fault!
    I've also contacted my bank and they told me I got charged twice, and still I just recieved one order...

    Well, I know this is my first post so it may not count for much, but I had a recent problem with my order from Lion that wasn't even their fault, and they responded to my emails *very* quickly and courteously, and reshipped my order within a few hours of my initial inquiry....

    given that I've had good results with their products as well, I'd feel very confident recommending them....
