dosage timings ?

hey guys,

starting my PCT on thurs. taking liquidex 0.2mg a day, 100mg of clomid and 40mg tamoxifen for the first couple of weeks then i pyramid it down.

the question is, what times should i take the stuff? Surely its not a good idea to take it all in the morning together ?

should i split the dosage like 50mg clomid in the morn then some later on / 20 mg tamoxifen then the same later in the day ?

mornin and b4 bed is sufficient

it doesnt matter the timing some guys says take nolva b4 bed as estrogin is high at night but i found them the same
