    Best form of Creatine

I was going to pick up some EAS Monohydrate Creatine Powder at the store the other day and the clerk told me it was "outdated technology". True? Is pure creatine as good as something like Celltech?

I use Trac creatine which uses L-arginine to push creatine in the cell. Regular creatine mono.. you need a high sugar drink to higher your insulin

Esterfied and Krealkalyn are by far the two best forms IMHO. Although I have used a product that blends Mono and Citrate in a nice delivery system that was great for bulking.

Mono has been tested and reserched more than any other supp in the sports industry. For this reason I use mono only, as it is PROVEN in peer reviewed studies to work. Many of the other forms are not proven ot have been studied by the company behind the product in non peer reviewed (basically the study is pretty worthless then). You are taking a risk using other creatine forms IMO (the risk being they may not work). Mono does work and all the issues of bloating ect have long since dissapeared as this seemed to be down to many unscrupulous companies releasing sub par product. Get some Degussa micronized mono, its the shit!

The only one that does not bother my stomach and gives me energy at the same time is Creatine Surge by Jarrow. Contains Creatine Mono, Glutamine, Ribose and Taurine in a base of 35 grams of dextrose (glucose). Plus it taste great in its mango guava flavor. I use it before and after workouts.

Creatine has really never worked for me that well: mono, CEE, krealkyn...

Only thing that has ever given me a pump was NO-Xplode, but I think thats because it has a rediculous amount of B vitamins....
