    back surgery

I had a laminectomy, microdiscectomy and two torsion rods installed in February and I feel SOO much better now it is unbelievable!! I still have pain but nowhere NEAR like before. I am now back in the gym 3-4 times a week and also doing Yoga, PT, and Jiu Jitsu daily (one or more of them). My strength and flexibility are both well below what they used to be and my BF is higher than before but on the way back down, even though I'm eating to bulk.

I just started Monday a cycle of test e 200mg with 50 mg test prop 2x/week with 40mg Dbol ED to kick things off for the first 4 weeks. I am using nolva 10mgs ED.

Is there an ideal way to get back my muscle, and really get my core to benefit from this so I can speed my way back to normality?

ruptured and bulging disk. I have had knee surgery before, crashed motorcycles at very high speeds, run over in my Skyline by a semi truck... all thos things hurt but nothing has ever hurt like my back did. even on morphine and other meds I was an all-too-frequent visitor to the ER doubled over in pain.

I am now very very not flexible, my core is weaksauce, and my BF% is too high (but dropping). I have been everything I can to get back to 100%. I am doing all the things mentioned in my post above in order to get better as fast as I can. And this little cycle I'm on will hopefully help me get there quicker and better.
