OK, so i did 500mg of test e 12 weeks and for pct 100mg clomid 30 mg nolva for a week and then three weeks 50mg clomid 30 mg nolva. Got over ***ression, libido was never a problem as ejaculation, but balls are still small, like on a cycle. What is the problem, am i shut downed or what????????

Why don't people run hcg?
Try to continue with the nolva and run some hcg, 500iu a day for 2-3 weeks.

Yeah bro, I'd get some HCG. If you can't get HCG, try an OTC test booster and see if that helps.

I found tribulus worked well...3g ED (Mon-Fri) for 3 or 4 weeks....it brought mine up even while I was still on cycle...
I have heard that trib does not affect your natural test production, but to be safe I like to give myself 2 days off of it per week...I heard from another experienced bber that this works well for him as well and he has used trib as the staple of several PCTs.
