Then life happened and I became very sick with ***ression. I have been on heavy duty anti***ressants for over 4 years. Needless to say that these medications have done a number on me. I have discharged myself from the anti***ressants and for the last month, have been hitting the gym of course my personal trainer designed a plan that is 98% cardio. My problem is that I am not an aerobic person, and I find myself falling behind. What do you recommend will help me lose fat at a speed that I can see? I am very disappointed and about to give up.
