    Red face I need help!!!

    Hello everyone:
I am newbie here and I need advice. I am a 49 year old female that is in horrible shape. I used to lift for a period of about 4 years many moons ago. I was being trained for competition. Then life happened and I became very sick with ***ression. I have been on heavy duty anti***ressants for over 4 years. Needless to say that these medications have done a number on me. I have gained lots of weight! I am only 5 feet tall and weigh 160 lbs!! I do not own any mirrors, I can't stand to look at myself.

I have discharged myself from the anti***ressants and for the last month, have been hitting the gym of course my personal trainer designed a plan that is 98% cardio. My problem is that I am not an aerobic person, and I find myself falling behind. What do you recommend will help me lose fat at a speed that I can see? I am very disappointed and about to give up. For I see no results. Thank you before hand for your response.

the are other anti***ressants that will actually help with weight loss. Yes some are horrible for adding weight. anyways 1 month off of drugs that you have been talking for years is nothing your body is still going through a huge change.Gonna take time .

Look, you have taken action and are on the right course! One month is early to expect results. Just be patient and everything will start to change slowly but surely. And welcome aboard!

Youre on the right path. Keep youre head up and remember that it will take time. Baby steps. Keep youre diet in check and your attitude positive and theres nothing you cant accomplish. Best of luck!

I know you want to see results fast but it has to be a life style rather than a quick fix. Like above make sure your diet is in check and between that and lots of cardio you will see the difference.
