1st Cycle info needed

hey guys,
this time its for information my mate is going on a cycle of the follwoing which i personnaly think isnt the best

wk 1-12 - 500mg sust per week splut into 2
wk 1-10 - 400mg decca per week split into 2
wk 1-12 - 500mg bolbadol per week split into 2
.25mg arimidex everyday
10mg proscar every day

pct
wk 14-17- 40mg nolva ed
wk 14-17 - 30mg clomid ed

he has all the gear he wants i told him to either drop the decca or the boldabol as it reduces your test levels he insists that it doesnt. he is including the boldabol so it can help him eat more. i told him that sust already gives you a pretty good appetite but he insists on still including it. wat you guys reckon he should drop the decca or the boldabol or stick with this cycle???

i wouldnt advise the sust...some guys swear buy it and it looks good on paper but for a first cycle it isnt too great...to get the full benefit of sust it needs to be shot ed or eod minimum to get the full effect of the different esters, which would rewuire too high of a dose for a first or second cycle. i owuld run a single ester ie enanthate or cyp for a frist cycle to minimize side effectsss and keep blood levels stable...shooting sust twice a week and your blood levels will look like a roller coaster and you will be waisting a bunch of money...now when you get more experience and start shooting 750 a week then yeah, sust would/could be great...till then ide stick w/ single esters.....good luck....deca does supress you, boldabol is that a type of equipoise...if so no need to run them both as the eq will be masked by the deca and it would need to be ran at 600mg a week for a min of 12 weeks

for my first cycle i used sust250 shot it 2wice @ 500mg pw for 10weeks and got pretty good results still have a while before i start my second cycle. and yes boldabol is equipose he wants to run it because it gives an increase in appetite i told him to either drop the decca or eq. now i have a second opinion and will show him he can choose which suits him best.
