i think clen is the way to go, am i right? also, is the spray clen the best? cuz thats the only kind i can find on arr. i want to get to 200lbs. about how long will that take me?

Read the clen FAQ in my sig. There is no answer to your question as there are too many factors, everyone responds differntly for a start, some do not respond at all, others cant stand the sides ect. Bear in mind clen has been linked to serious sides including some that could be life threatening and permanent, you will have to make your own mind up about using it. it's hardcore. mom's a nurse and pops works at gnc. they don't wnt me takin it. but i need this wheight off for next season. so im deff takin it.
I'm not too much a fan of clen because my heart goes crazy when im on it, u should look into an eca stack, for me an eca stack is milder then clen but everyone is diff like perfect beast said, keep cardio and diet in check and u should be able to shed the weight off.
Just looking at your numbers, 13% of 230 is 29.9 lbs. For you to get to 200, you will need to loose more than just the fat. Make sure you really are 13%. If so, IMO, you might want to set 215 @ 8-9% as a good goal or target first, then go from there. Take it slow, and good luck...
