No they are not. They are 40mcg, or 0.04mg if you prefer.

No. 1mg = 1000mcg. And I don't understand what you mean with the bold text above.

just read up on clen. Most people will start at 20-40mcg first day and work there way up to like 120-160 ***ending on what you can handle.
