    why do I feel puffy/swollen/sore?

I am starting week 2 of test e 250mg/E3D, EQ 200mg/E3D with a kickstart of 40mg Dbol ED. I am using 10mg/Nolva and .25mg/research liquid anastrazole each day as well. I frontloaded the test and am starting to feel like my forearms and other muscles are almost swollen even though they don't look to be so. It's not painfull but it is a little uncomfortable to be like this all the time as it makes me feel like I am recovering from a workout which makes me want to rest more. All my muscles ache a little longer than they usually do after a workout too. This could be because I'm trying new things in my workout too.

Since this is my first cycle, is this the "pumped" feeling you guys talk about? Or is this something else t obe controlled or avoided?

It's probably the dbol... your muscle are retaining alot of water so it is natural you should feel tight/swollen all day... yes, it could be the "pumped" feeling that dbol is capable of giving... the sudden weight increase from the water can also make you feel sluggish and short of breath, which explains your desire to "rest"...dont freak out...

also, be patient, alot of people here deal with these questions all the time, its natural they may get tired of seeing one too many novice q's every now and then... 99% iof the time in my observations, all posts get answered...eventually

    cheers

It's definately the D-bol. I'm about to go to bed, and I feel like that right now. Throughout the day my arms and forearms will just be painfully pumped and veiny without even flexing. They will even cramp sometimes if I do go to flex them. I think it especially happens more if you are doing a physical activity that gets the blood flowing.

I just had sex, so maybe that was it.

So, if it's the Dbol, then after week 4 when I drop it out of the cycle, my energy level should go back up and the puffiness should subside somewhat? I am kinda bummed as I was expecting more energy/desire to go work out but all I feel is the sluggish/out of breathness you mentioned (though I didn't associate the two) and a desire to rest even though I can't sleep...

Thanks for the replies guys! I really appreciate it. If it helps any, I am trying to give as much as I'm taking from this board.. whenever I see noobie questions that I have seen/read the answers to already I try to answer them so you guys have more time for my questions
