    cod liver oil and spots

    Every time i take cod liver oil i seem to come out in spots on my chest, back and face i stopped taking them last time to see if it was them and the spots went ive started taking them again and the spots are coming out. Does anybody else have this problem and do they know why i was thinknig its the oil.
