    Cutting Diet, critique

Sup bros. Needing a critique for my shitty little diet here. I'm going to school to be a doctor so I'm basically at school 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and I'm trying to find foods that will travel easily. I will be starting a cycle of:

    500mg Test E (Twice a week)
    50mg Winny (ED)
And Clenbuterol to start and end the cycle

    Stats:
    5'9"
    223lbs
    47" chest
    16.5" Arms
Scared to measure legs after ACL surgery

Here's the diet. I realize I need to find a way to fit more EFA's (preferably flax) in there, so I'm open to suggestions as to where to throw them in. Also things like green beans and broccoli will be added, but I didn't type them in cuz they're negligible (sp?) calories.

    6:00 A.m.
    2 package oats (46c,8p,1f)
    1 scoop protein (21p)

    9:00 A.m.
    1/4 cup mixed nuts (6c,6p,16f)

    12:00 P.m.
    1 Chicken Breast (40p,4f)
    1/4 cup brown rice (4p,36c)

    2:00 P.m.
    Workout 1

    3:00 P.m.
    2 scoops protein (42p)
    1/3 cup dextrose (50c)

    4:00 P.m.
    Workout 2

    5:00 P.m.
    2 scoops protein (42p)
    1/3 cup dextrose (50c)

    6:00 P.m.
    Chicken Breast (40p,4f)
    Whole wheat pasta (6p,60c)

    9:00 P.m
    1 can tuna (26p)
    cottage cheese (14f)

    Protein: 229g
    Carbs: 248g
    Fat: 35g
    Calories: 2223

The reason my workout is spread out is because I'm lifting in between labs on most days. I also realize that carbs are high but it comes from the 100g I get from drinking my pwo shake twice, do I not need so much dextrose per shake?

It's difficult to comment on your diet because your workout schedule is very unconventional...besides, if you are already getting 1 hr of training , why do you need a second shift? And if you do need a second shift, why not split it morning/evening instead of cutting it so close??? Some of the best workouts I've had were merely 40 minutes of skull-numbing intensity... if you can do that 5x a week, I dont think you would need to work out twice a day

Carbs are not too high. Fat is way too low, add some fish oil and flax oil. Cals are way too low to start a cut. I would shoot for around 3000 especially with 2 workouts a day. what will you do when you reach a plateua in fat loss (which you will) and you are at 2200 cals? Drop them further and waste muscle? NOOO start with higher cals and give yourself room to make changes as diet progresses. Up the cardio iff needed with higher cals, dont starve yourself thin our you will just end up skinny.

Thanks for the comments guys. Like I said I've never actually done a cycle b4, and it was my understanding that while on the test/winny/clen especially, I would be able to get away with fewer calories. I also realize the workout is rather unconventional. I only have it like that because it has to be (and it only has to be on 2 day but I put it on here to hear comments on those two days). I definately don't see any added benefit to it. Let me ask you, while on cycle do you guys change up your workouts at all, or do you stick to what you've been doing, one body part, once a week?

I'm very old school in that de partment I guess

I stick to my one part/week regimen... I just switch up the exercises and rep ranges to shake up my muscles week to week ...Although when on cycle, I still switch around but like to go balls-to-the-wall (4-8 rep range HEAVY) on key exercises (bench press, squat, deadlift, military press)

Thanks, I and rather than splitting my workout up, I'm going to just do cardio for the "Workout 1", and complete my entire workout during "Workout 2"
