Thought I would change the title to get more hits. So.......
My little wife was injured by a crazed Brazilian on the slopes out west and has a broken scapula.......among other injuries. Anyone here know about rehabing that injury?

Damn, no responses so I'll assume the ER Dr. wasn't kidding. He told me that they rarely saw scapula breaks.
I've never seen one and i practically live at a hospital, and i shadowed for 2 years under an orthopedic surgeon. Is she doing okay?
She's still presenting with some neurological effects like dizziness and she gets tired much more easily than she used to but she seems to be improving overall. The Docs at the ER and her attendings during ICU kept commenting how rare a scapula break was and how hard she must have been hit. Rehab sucks for her but rehab always sucks.Originally Posted by Dude-Man
Thanks again for asking how she's doing.
