    Cutting Diet - Advice?

    Hello,

    my proposed diet is as follows:

    06:30 Wake

    06:45 45 minutes cardio in fat burning zone

    07:45 50g oats or muesli in 100ml skimmed milk
    10 egg whites fried in small amount of olive oil

    09:00 Train weights

    10:00 5g Dextrose + 5g Maltodextrin shake
    15/20 mins later 50g whey


    12:00 200g tuna or grilled chicken
    Salad selection
    10ml flax

    14:30 10 egg whites + fruit + 10ml flax

    17:00 200g tuna or grilled chicken
    30g wholemeal pasta or basmati rice
    Fibrous veg selection
    Mug green tea


    19:30 150g lean red meat (swap for salmon twice a week)
    60g wholemeal pasta or basmati rice
    Fibrous veg selection

    21:30 40g protein blend shake
    5 ***** fish oil caps

    Am i getting the right quantities of protein/carbs/fat and at the right times?

    Any advice is greatly apprecaited as i try to get rid of my final bit of fat.

    There are a few things that need to be changed, its not optimal but post the macros and stats.
