weeks 1-10: Test E 500mg/wk
weeks 9-11: HCG 250iu/day
weeks 9-12: Aromasin 20mg/day
weeks 9-13: Nolvadex 20mg/day
weeks 14: Nolvadex 10mg/day
weeks 15: Nolvadex 5mg/day
I'm 6'1, 196 atm. Last time i had my BF checked it was 11.8% with a 7
point caliper method and i weighed 202. My diet is pretty much flawless and my training is deadly.
I would like to get down to 7-8% BF and then i will begin puting on lean mass for the next year. I will be cycling my diet and training to stay as lean as posible. Ill post pictures sometime in the future when ever i get around to getting a camera.
I am new to these forums but i have been planning on doing a cycle since i was 19. Forgive me if i forgot to mention anything you might want to know in order to critique my cycle. Ill answer any questions you need to know.
