eating healthy/resting/ and lifting i believe brought me out of a whole of bad friends/bad habbits/ mild ***ression. now i feel great. ive gotten to the point were when i go to the gym and each rep i feel as if im pumping up. greatest feeling hands down right up there with orgasm.
