gyno help please!!!!!

a little info would be much appreciated. a friend of mine hasint done acycle in 3 years due to gyno and is afraid it will get worse. i cant be sure what his last cycle consisted of, it was a year after his last cycle that gyno appeared, lumps pain you can see it a little full blowen gyno. he has had for 3 years now and was planning to have surgery but wants to avoid it if he could. my question is, will letro be able to reverse the effects of gyno after this long? plus his test levels are around 350 or so, what i think is on kinda the low side but still normal. any info would help alot. thanks very much.

check the net for infos regarding EVISTA. has sides but i hear helps alot.
