It d epends if it meets your macro requirements but that sounds like a fair meal. I'd add 1-2 TBSP of flax or another healthy fat to slow digestion down.Originally Posted by Ladies Man

Why does the word d epends get censored?
Because the first three letters are part of a name that is restricted and it automatically gets filtered. So any word that contains D E P will be filtered.
