good call...i like to run the letro 2 weeks prior to starting my cycle in order to let it stabilize in the bloodstream then once i start, i run it everyday until my last shot then i throw in the nolva

nolva and aromasin work best together, but you can do letro and nolva for pct.

so the 60/40/20 on the nolva and .75 or three sprays .50 or three sprays .25 or 1 spray on the letro.

dont take 60mg nolva, its the same as taking 40mg. 40/40/20/20 nolva + 0.25 for 2 weeks on letro... i run my nolva for 6wks at 20mg only.

I saw another post by you where your recommended pct was the same except for the use of aromasin instead of arimidex. Which did you like better? I would probably use the arimidex during cycle and the aromasin in the pct with the nolva and clomi.

I like arimidex better. but aromasion is like 35% stronger, But with any steriod. The stronger it is the more sides that come with it, therfore i perfer Arimidex.
