HCG 2weeks or next day after test E?

Hi guys..kinda confused..Was told to use hcg the next day right after my test E cycle but from what i read its 2weeks after last jab for pct.

So who is correct?

pct starts 2wks after last test e shot. hcg can be used during pct and/or between cycle and pct, so both are correct.

I would use HCG straight after last jab until PCT commences at 500iu ED.

So if you use HCG between cycle and PCT, what kind of PCT should you run? I was looking to do the Anthony Roberts PCT.
