without breaking into some crazy quantum physics problem, how many pumps is equal to .25mg ldex? i was reading into Pheednos PCT cycle, and understood everything exceot that if someonecould help me, it would be much appreciated...lead me into the light...

three pumps= .30 unless you want to measure half of a pump, just do three pumps -thats fine at .30 daily--works like a charm--
