I would prolly be the only one to answer you on this cause I had the same questions, with no answers. Well for starters how severe is your gyno ? by your question I assume that this is your first time using letro right ? Well for me I am currently on my fifth bottle and, I am ready to taper down and hop on the tamox. I think you are fine with 2 bottles for your first order, assess accordingly if necessary for your next one, and one bottle of tamox is fine. GL
