What is your current dose of tren?

What is your cycle and training experience?

    What is your BF %?

Have yet to incorporate the tren. Thats the advice i'm looking for. I've seen 76mg, i've seen 100mg. What would you recomend. As far as my experience goes, i've been training off and on for about 15 years. Then broke my back, had L4&L5 fused. It's been about 3 years since the surgery, so i'm anxious to get back into the swing of things. Cannot lie...i'm @ 26%bf right now>

XXL not to step on shrpskns toes I see he's helping you with this but it looks to me as you diet and workout since your physical therapy has been crap. I would recommend leaning out some before getting in to the cycle.

    Good Luck

    Cycle experience?

If you have minimal cycle experience, tren is not an advisable route...

If you have a few cycles under your belt, the best way to go about it with tren is to start into it at no more than 50mg/ed, and with tren A...monitor how you react to it and take things from there.
Avoid a long-acting tren your first go with it in case sides become a debilitating issue for you. In the case of tren A, if sides become an issue, you can adjust your dose accordingly or come off it all together and sides should begin to subside in a couple days, rather than weeks if you went with a long-acting tren.

As stated above, I think a good diet is the best prescribed advise at this point...At your size, I would at least aim for a BF % in the teens before considering a cycle, but it sounds like you're already on so best of luck to you.

    Respect,
