Whether or not you keep your gains ***ends on several things:
-Keeping your training intense, possibly even more intense than when you were on cycle.
-Keep your diet in line and continue eating to maintain the pounds you put on, even upping your calories.
-Run a proper PCT to bring your hormone levels back to normal.
Keeping gains after the completion of an AAS cycle, is ***endent on how your structure your diet and training regime after the cycle is complete.
Properly done so, a good portion of one's gains can be kept after the completion of the cycle.
