    Bluk diet and cut diet

    Hey guys how is everybody. I have a question is Doing a cut diet good while trying to gain mass, because i had read that it works pretty good. I am un sure about it please help.

    Ok Here it is

    4:30 am i wake up and get ready for work

    6am at work
    1 cup oatmeal, 5 boild eggs, and a protein shake

    9 am break
    protein bar or shake

    12 noon Lunch
    1 chicken breast, with a salad and some white rice

    2.00pm break
    1 can tuna and a fruit

    3.00pm off work on the way to gym i have a portein shake

    6.00pm I eat dinner
    1 Chicken breast with mixed veggies and a yogurt.

    Before bed a glass of milk

    All day i drink 4 litters of water or more. Please let me know what u guys think

    Choose one goal at a time. A calorie surplus will lead to muscle mass/weight gain, a calorie deficit will lead to fat loss/weight loss. Its a simplistic explanation but nonetheless. So yes post up Stats and Diet, macros inclusive.

    well before bed u might not want milk unless its fat free b/c when ur sleeping ur not gonna be burning fat as much as when awake and have complex carbs and protien before bed to combat catabolism, but what do i know im an idiot

    Im not going to comment on the diet because I dont know the macros, so I have no idea if it will work for you. I will comment on the food choices.

    Forget the bar and shakes, eat a solid meal.

    12 noon Lunch

    Swap for low GI carbs, as in exchange the white rice for brown.

    2.00pm break

    Need some carbs PreWO.

    1 Chicken breast with mixed veggies and a yogurt.

    Before bed a glass of milk.
    Personally Im not against milk but while cutting I try to avoid it, unnecessary sugars.

    He told you to have a real meal because actual food is better for you than shakes and bars are for the most part, crap.

    Drop the yogurt due to the sugar and lactose.

    JC is correct about the 9am meal.

    You are asking very rudimentary questions man, you might want to read into nutrition a little bit more....for your own good.

    Yes you should take in protein after the gym, you should take in some protein in each and every meal for that matter. As long as you meet your macro needs

    Well just to drop an update, my cut diet is going very well and i am happy with it, but sometimes i feel tired while at work should i up my cals or what.

    To me, one way to cut is to exercise right and intensively, diet is just to control or minimize fat food. But if u need some muscle defination u gotta exercise right.

    I weighed myself today i am 252 pounds so far so good
