im very confused, is it a guy in the video or a girl, he looks like a guy but sounds like a girl, but why would a girl inject testosterone ? but even if it is a guy, he says that his doctor didnt mind him shooting it sub-q.

Anyways, I dont see any point doin it sub-q, usually this just means much slower absorption.

I'm not 100% but you CAN do sub-q, however the decision on how to inject is made by the people that develop the compound. As Bino said, it has more to do with absorption than anything else, or even desired absorption. For compounds such as humulin the effects are pretty rapid.

Honestly though, if the makers say IM it really shouldn't even be questioned in my opinion. Most of those oils are hydrophobic and I believe the SUB-Q portion of the body is pretty moist with water... it seems to me that the oil would take longer to diffuse into the the rest of the body in that environment. The amount most body builders inject is pretty heinous in regards to sub q as well... 2-3ml of oil at least 2 times a week will probably cause some noticeable lumps.
