Takes an hour or two, and can remain detectable for months..but effectiveness ***ends on the compound itself

Honestly, if you want to know you're going to have to search old posts. This is a responsible site so i doubt anyone is going to give you any advice considering you're only 18. I would spend some time in the diet forum if you are really serious about gains.
