Started on Sunday 6/10, Obviously no changes yet as this is day 2. I'm using this space to track my strength and weight gains. I'll keep things updated as much as possible for those curious about the cycle.
Macro's:
Carbs - 350g/day, 1400 Calories
Protein - 250-300g/day, 900-1000 Calories
Fat - 80g/day, 700 Calories
Should get me near 3100-3200 which is around where I need to be. Diets always the hardest part though.
Stats: 6'0, 195lbs.
Max Bench : 215-220lbs
Max DL: 315-325lbs
Max Squat: 225lbs
Also wanted to add I walk 2-3 miles a day in the morning and run 1.5 miles at night....so that should easily help with cardio and building my legs....
