My diet is as follows:
3 eggs, 2 whites (300cals)
1 whey shake (120cals)
1 whey shake (120 cals)
2 patties red meat (400 cals)
CARDIO (HIIT)
1whey shake, natty pb (250cals)
1 salad, 1tbsp olive oil+vinegar, grilled chicken or tuna (350cals)
Turns out to be 1540cals. I have enough protein to spare muscle, enough fats, and no carbs, plus the HIIT.
Too extreme? It is, I need to attain 85kg by Setp 10th. The cardio is 4x weekly.

Im at 87.2, basically 2 kgs to go. I sure hope you can give me info to accelarate the fat loss . Help me out, all inputs appreciated.
