on 7th week of first cycle (test E 500mg/wk). taking liquidex from lion .25mg/day. have some tenderness in both nipples. today when i squeezed them brownish/red liquid oozed out. what the f*** is this and what do i need to do? kinda of scared right now. thanks.

Causes of Nipple Discharge
Milky discharge (cloudy, whitish or almost clear in color, thin, non-sticky) is the most common type of discharge. Most milky discharge is caused by lactation or increased mechanical stimulation of the nipple due to fondling, suckling or irritation from clothing during exercise or activity. Drugs or hormones that stimulate prolactin secretion can cause spontaneous, persistent production of milk (galactorrhea). Prolactin is the hormone produced by the pituitary gland that starts the growth of the mammary glands and triggers production of milk. Some pituitary tumors cause excess prolactin secretion that can lead to milky nipple discharge, usually from both breasts (bilateral). Opalescent discharge that is yellow or green in color is normal.
Most bloody or watery (serous) nipple discharge (approximately 90%) is due to a benign condition such as papilloma or infection. A papilloma is a non-cancerous, wart-like tumor with a branching or stalk that has grown inside the breast duct. Papillomas frequently involve the large milk ducts near the nipple. Multiple papillomas may also be found in the small breast ducts further from the nipple. "
Of the benign conditions that cause suspicious nipple discharge, approximately half is due to papilloma and the other half is a mixture of benign conditions such as fibrocystic conditions or duct ectasia (widening and hardening of the duct due to age or damage). Most opalescent discharge is due to duct ectasia or cyst.
Suspicious nipple discharge is due to a malignant (cancerous) lesion just ten percent (10%) of the time. Discharge caused by a malignant condition is almost always on one side only (unilateral). ^^^ For sure you med to get some medical attention. Talk to your doc or call plastic surgeons that specialize in gyno removal.

does anyone have first hand experience w/ this? I am wondering if it is a precursor 2 gyno, but can't find any literature anywhere.

Bro if you are oozing from your nips you are suffering from prolactin related gyno. I would get some Vitamin B-6 and take 200mg ED right away. Also go see the doctor he will most likely put you on something that lowers prolactin.
Do a search for Bromocriptine....or Dostinex.

No need to Bump. . .giants put you on point. . .follow his recommendations. You need dostinex. Be honest with your Dr. and tell him about your cycle so that you can get proper treatment. Suggest to him that you think it is prolactin related gyno. Sometimes leading a Dr. in the right direction will help them a lot if they are not greatly expirienced with steroid users. .and most are not. i'm just tryin to get as much info and opinions as possible, hence the bump. got an appointment w/ the doc on tue. do I discontinue cycle or continue and up the dosage of ldex? also, I appreciate all of the advice i've been given.

I would search for GYNO and read the recommendations. It would appear you have symptoms of gyno and you should act quickly. I always keep real Adex on hand - just in case the research chems are inactive or underdosed.

I wouldn't stop the cycle just yet. Do you have any other PCT items on hand other than ldex? If I am correct, ldex being an AI would only help with estrogen gyno and has no effect on prolactin levels. But it certainly won't hurt to up it to about 1mg a day until you go to the doc.
do you have any tamoxifen on hand?

Are you insane!?!?!?!? Stop the freakin cycle, go see a doctor yesterday and start to worry about getting bigger arms when your nipples stop leaking brownish fluid.

kynetguy, i've got aromasin and nolva on hand. haven't used any yet, as it was for PCT. have upped the dosage of ldex til i see the doc.

I was just curious to know if you told them when you made the appointment, what it was about ?.
I know here, if i made one with my doctor, he would have fitted me in today at sometime.

told his nurse it was for a general checkup. i didn't want to discuss it with her. there is no puffyness that is usually associated w/ gyno so while i am very concerned, i don't think it is an emergency-room type of thing.
