Just done 1st IGF injection - can you let me know its right?

Just done my first IGF after training arms at the gym. It went like this -

My IGF came with a 10ml vial, a vial with powder in, and 5ml of sodium chloride/water solution. I used my slin pin to draw a couple of 1ml's out of the water, then I slowly injected it into the vial with the powder in. Then I slowly swirled it to mix it all. Then when that was done, I drew it back out of there with the slin pin (Took a fewe goes) and then injected it into the 10ml vial (Slowly). Then I drew up the rest of the water sol. and injected that into the 10ml vial also.This meant I had 5ml of water mixed with 1000mcg of IGF. This makes 1ml = 200mcg.

I am shooting 25mcg into each Bicep after training arms (Will do tris next time). So, I drew up (With a new slin pin) 0.25 ml which is equal to 50mcg of igf solution. I then swabbed the areas clean and shot 0.125ml into one bicep, then the rest of it into the other Bicep.

So, does alll that sound correct so far???

with slin pin , you should have 10 big divides= 1ml= 200µg ( in your case) , so 1 divide is 20µg

yes my slin pin has 10divides - or as I look at it, it is graduated in percentage. So I drew up 2.5 divides (or 25% 200mcg) and shot half in one Bi and half in the other making 1 1/4 divides in each Bi = 25mcg per bicep.

dazbo, no offense bro, if u spent half the time researching and reading recent threads as you do writing up all these different questions and bumping them 5 times...you would make us all happy

Read my post, you will see my question isnt even on the dosing, some guy decided to bring my dosing up and I just confirmed it in a reply. My post describes the steps I took to do all this, indetail so that you can read it and give some reply to say that either I shouldnt have done this, it would have been better doing it this way or, yes you did it spot on keep it up just like that!

You show me a post that describes exactly how to do this - not the maths, the daily shots, that would be more helpfull than flaming for no reason what so ever besides the fact that a guy is asking a genuine question requiring genuine answers.

All I am doing here is research. Research isnt just about reading through posts and doing searches you know. Searching has its downsides. For example, it brings up info from day one when steroid.com was made and that info is now out dated and therefore not good and sometimes wrong info. Yes I can check the dates, but then there could be hundreds of results to sift through.

And as for your comment plzr8, you are just the type of person we dont want on here. Putting people off asking questions in the worry that someone like you comes along, with 900posts and 90% of them flames. Why dont you turn round and say look, stop asking questions and just mix stuff up and stick it in you, hope it all works?!! Smart people ask questions, smart people answer questions, those that dont know anything just flame. And feel free to check my posts you will see that 50% are from helping others - properly, and the other half are questions for my own learning. zero flames.

yeah ur gold though 50mcg usually results in minimal gains

Ill stick with it 5days a week and hopefully, I might see something, if not, next time ill increase!
