    ****New question from yours TRULY! ~ Poptart09 ( I'm back! ) haha

    Hey listen I just read a post that PERFECTBEAST MADE, well actually I only read the first sentense, it said IF YOU HAVE NOT BEEN LIFTING FOR YEARS THEN GET YOUR ASS BACK IN THE GYM AND DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT TAKING GEAR!....

    My question is this... a couple years ago I was really into lifting, but due to some changes etc etc I was not able to hit the gym for these past 2 years *EDITED* anyways I have not been able to hit the gym SO BACK TO MY QUESTION ..... SHOULD I NOT TAKE ANY JUICE BECAUSE I HAVE NOT BEEN IN THE GYM FOR A COUPLE YEARS? I mean I have been lifting for little streaks if you know what I mean, nothing commiting.... Would my body be ready for some gear? or xnay..... Or do I have to hit the gym for a couple weeks before I juice up?

    Sorry, lol... I do not make a mockery of this board, this is just my personality.... *bubbly* lol..... No well yes, I do just want to lose 10lbs, but I want to gain strenght in the process.... so yea, but if you could answer the question on this thread, it would be great

    I AGREE. You are completely disrepectfull to the ladies and gentlemen who come here to genuinly offer their help and advice. Some level of courtesy and tact should be displayed at some point. Plus it makes you look like an ASS... even if you had a legitamit question buried beneath all the bulls..t no one would want to help you... because quite frankly people really don't like idiots.     You need to be at the gym for many hard years of work b4 touching gear.

    Also, edit out the rec drug talk, you should know its against the rules.

    I would like to go crazy on gear myself at times because I am very busy person but in the end it is not worth compromising your health, diet, training--just to get huge quick.

    Just relax and be methodical about it. When I realised I was a tard' and was using, I quit for two years. Even at that, I had still been lifting consitently--just had zero clue about diet. So basically, I quit two years just to half-way learn diet and I still do not understand it fully because I feel (personally) its the most complicated thing in BBing, second training, third gear (thats easy).

    Its not worth getting bitch tits, hair loss, acne, bad blood work etc...just for being in a big rush.

    My stats, well I grew somehow in these 3 months..... I am 6'0 225lbs, My body fat I really could not tell you, but when i Was 245 it was somewhere around 21% or so...

    Also, I Edited out the Rec drug for you

    Listen to shifty git... and i just replied on ur last post... and if u was in the joint, why didnt u lift there? neways not my place but you def need to get back into shape w/ lifitng for a MINIMUM of 1 year... and thats bare minimum.. many will say longer but if u get ur diet good and good lifting you will be fine and see some good gains

    No no, I have not been in the joint.... just to many things have been going on in my life, did not really have time...... seriously

    Ok, I understand that maybe I need to lift for a year.... but I do not just want to lift cold turkey... what kind of supplements that give you really good gains would you guys recommend?

    check out diet forum and lifting forum... supps? whey protein for beginners and thats mostly about it.... hell if u get that goin good... once u get the diet dow for a lil bit u can try hydroxycut and cardio... that will help!

    I am not here to flame you at all, I feel it does not help the situation at all.

    My advice if you choose to go foward with this--get your diet and training together and take it easy on the supplements.

    Monitor your health and lay off of smoking as much as possible.

    If your being honest, you looking at using AAS for a quick fix?

    If so, it wont work, will do you more damage than good.

    Train hard till you hit a natty plateau through ya training and diet.
    (this will take a good few years)

    At the higher BF% ya just ganna get fatter rather than anything else.

    Remember fat has a higher concentration of Aromatase enzyme, so your a far more likely candidate for aromatization and therefore will put on water weight and fat.

    Muscle can be build and fat dropped through correct diet and training.

    that herb increases estrogen and lowers natty test - is why a lot of guys who use it 2 often put on man boobs.

    Check out the diet forum, sounds like cutting is ya first goal so check out the cutting threads there.

    A hardcore cardio plan will drop the bf% fast, this one is a very good one

    It is not a lifestyle matter fact, Shifty-Git nailed it on the head... I am looking for a "quick fix" and Steriods are in fact a lifestyle...... should I take hydroxycut is that the best?!

    once u get that down, then go on supps like hydroxycut... or whatever u want... but make sure u get a multivit in ur diet
