Ok so I took an MMA fight last week on short notice, and started a prop cycle at the same time. Now I have 12 days to loose 18lbs for my weigh ins and I dont know what to do. I was doing fine until the weekend hit and then i suddenly picked up 7lbs!!! I really only have to cut 10lbs off cuz ill shred the rest in water but Im not going to be able to eat much and Ill be focusing my training on cardio and technique so I wont be lifting anyway. Should I just drop the prop cycle and pick it back up later??? help me out here im lost!!
