a few powerlifting organizations offer a power curl division, but itisnt that popular, and the recordsm really arentkept track of like the other lifts. most powerlifters really dont give a damn how much they can curl

Bill Kazmier did 315 for 12 reps. And I believe 405 for 5-8 reps. That's the most I've heard. Don't think these were strict curls, though. I don't know if there are any records or such for the curl. Like stated before most powerlifters and strongman don't give two shits about curls. Many don't even do them. And from what I understand most bodybuilders don't go super heavy either.

Form varies too much with this movement, many ppl I see constantly break form allowing them to do more weight incorrectly than is needed to stimulate the muscle.

I only curl 60-65lb DB's standing with strict form or 110-120 barbell curls (elbows don't move and are held against ribs/1second pos, 2-3secs neg)

Ive personally seen Sven Karlsen(former world strongest man) doing 150kilograms barbell curl 3 set 6 reps with relatively good form, not greate form.

Remember to always do curls after bench press on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. You don't want to do any other exercises and be sure to go heavy enough that someone has to spot you on every rep (you are going to want to make some comment after every lift like, "man I got that for 10 reps by myself last week, I'm just not feelin it today"). Try to work out with at least 3-4 of your boys and spend most of the time in the gym talking about girls you want to bang. Also, try to max out bench every workout to see if you got any stronger since the last time.

This my friend is the secret to good curls.

Damn, I've never had that but it sounds pretty serious!

I can do Dumbell Curls @ 75lbs each for 8 reps, and I can do Barbell Curls @ 165lbs for 4-6 reps.
