Quick question. Do you guys take creatine on your off days??? I've been taking it only on days I work out (Mon, Tues, Wed) but I was wondering if that was correct or not. Any advice???

it would make no difference as it takes 2-3 weeks for levels to decline once you have stopped using it, so having one day off will not be a problem
pb, are you sure about that? i take mine everyday so that my muscles stay saturated with it. i thought creatine exited the body pretty quick.
yes im sure. it has been shown in several studies. there is an episode of superhuman radio on creatine and supps explaining a study in detail and exactly why the "loading phase" is BS and simply a marketing stategy.
Think about it, when you take creatine do you suddenly shrink the next day when you miss a dose?

I dont take it everyday either, only on my workout days. the body can only absorb so much creatine.
