im 22 yrs old..im 5'9 205 right now..i was at about 215 but i cut alittle bit while on eca...ive never really had a set diet ive always just tried to eat healthy and workout when i can...ive just been getting back into the gym about 3 days a week now and trying to do some cardio when i can...what do u guys think my bodyfat is..i took these pics last night...
