Abcess = Clindamycin, can I add winny

I have an abcess from a steroid shot in the delt, was hoping it would go away but after 2 weeks went to doctor today and got Clindamycin. Now I was going to start my winny today, shoud I wait until I am done with the Clindamcin or wont it matter.
Current cycle just started week 9
600 EQ
600-700 test
Was going to add winny in at the end. ALso have Clen. Could I take Clen now for 2 weeks, than winny for 6, than back to clen during PCT. I have never ran Clen during cycle and dont even know if you can
