I'm a completely new member and new to the physical enhancement community and looking for information on a safe and right transition into physical enhancement. I’m 25, 5”7, over weight (242), 20 + fat %, above average knowledge of physical fitness. I do not have a problem in building strength, but I want to loss weight, get cut, and some mass. Any information? I have searched up info, but some contradict the information I seek.
