I feel alot of these claims are just parroting. There are many variables that can cause T3 supplementation to become catabolic such as diet, which is the most important factor. I have made sure to place myself in only an ever so slight caloric deficit, but as a trade-off, I do not do ANY cardio whatsoever. I feel that the elimination of cardio is necessary when T3 comes into play (when not using AAS, of course). Most of the time, people go nuts with the cardio while cutting and crazy cardio mixed with a fairly large caloric deficit mixed with T3 is no doubt going to be a recipe to make you catabolic.
