    Talking hi everyone!!!!

    hi just wanted to hello introduce myself!my name's melissa 25 years old from NJ... i have only been lifting for a few months, before that i was more into fitness and light weight training...i would love advice from more experienced female bb's i admire everything about the sport and just want to learn more about diet and techniques etc. nice to meet everyone
