Hey guys, whats up?
im starting this thread because im kind of at a loss for words, and I cant really make up my mind on what to do for the next cycle. I would like to add about 10-15 pounds, and i like compounds that add strength well. so to the basics.

Im 5'11
215 lbs (on a good day) when I started I was 150 lbs, same height!
been training for 3 years.
I was hypogonadal for about 7 months (genetic thing, hrt was only solution) i would probably be even bigger now if i didnt stop. The off period was about a year ago.
I hit the 198 mark before i touched anything hormonally related.
Im on Hrt, test and a little deca specifically for joints, but the deca gains are nice. I train mainly for strength, size comes slower to me but i kinda inflate if i shovel down the food.

Cycle history: test and deca hrt, besides that, I did a halotestin cycle, im almost done with it. I will wait a while before i start the proposed cycle of whatever you bros recommend.

on a side note: My appetite is always lowered from orals. probably why ive only gone up 3 lbs in BW while on the halo, even tho that compound doesnt add size, test and deca sure as hell do.

so what do you guys think?
