Hi everyone. I am needing some advice if possible. I am 5ft8 wei***ng around227 pounds been training about 5 months now and am 32 yrs old. My training over the last seven years has been limited to a few comebacks. This time I am benching around 180kg flat for 1 rep, did partial dlift with 370kg from knee height, I am repping 50kg dbells on shoulder press. The lifts I am doing are not to bad but I used to bench 200kg*1 rep at 14 stone bweight, incline press 65kg dbells for reps etc I was using 2*atom bombs per day then. I hope to get my bench to 220kg for a single. Please could you have a look at the cycle I have been on now for about 10 wks and give advice. I would like to know if taken 100mg deca/wk is a waste of time and if so to run sust on its own, would this pct be suitable.
