    winny solo

    Does anyone run winny solo? Or is that a waste? I usually only see it stacked.

    Most will tell you you have to run test with it however I have done winny solo with awesome results. In fact I was more ripped with winny solo then stacked with test. Test causes water weight.

    I know winny is used for cutting, but will it aid in adding lean muscle mass and building muscle?

    you probably dont have your diet in chceck enough to yeild those results.....i just guessing based on the question asked.....

    but to actually anwser your question you need to know your body and have a diet training and sleep in check and you can gain 5-15lbs of lean muscle.....not a great cycle for someone that is neww to gear

    No it isn't, as Kfrost said, you can see solid results...if you're already near where you want to be.
    And to echo Manpretty, your diet is key in this case. But I wouldn't count of 15lbs...not of keepable muscle.
