Really appreciate your positive comments and yes indeed, my partner is a freak, and a great guy, greatest attitude to be around! From here we'll go to the USA's with my partner next week, he'll be competing in the light-heavies, then the plan will be to go on a clean bulk, I won't blow my % of bf up over 10%. With my system that's about the way it will go. Train heavier and focus on the compound movements. My body is still pretty much acting like a sponge, as was evident in the fact that I continued to gain size all through my cutting for the shows. I think it just wants to go back to it's old size...this would be good! I'm really excited about a growth phase as I haven't done one since getting back to training seriously. Now the fun really begins! Don't you love training?!!! And btw, no more shows a week apart, really tough mentally and physically. The dehydration is about enough to kill me....lol....also another pic of my partner....the freak!
