Near end of cycle: first time posting pics

    Stats: 5 11 215 36 years old

Lifting on and off since HS.

This is week 8 of 9 week cycle.....1st time doing test (Andriol 240 mg a day) and Var at 50 mg a day.

Real happy with results although expected more from the andriol. Next time around I'm going to stick.

    Thoughts?

Its hard to tell your progress since there is no before pics. However, your BF% looks a little on the high side but on the whole, you look good... you definitely have a solid base for cutting.

Can you atleast give us some stat changes before and after this cycle?

yeah. i was heavier. 230..kinda out of shape. i got back to gym, got strong then started cycle. So I was chubbed up a bit. My diet wasn't dedicated, probably calorie deficient for test, but again, i needed to lose some weight. Tak glutamine, protein drinks and creatine as well. Cutting is my achilless heel. I love to do heavy sets. Hate long rep workouts. My next cycle I want to be strength and cutting, so i'm gonna do alot of research. PARTICULARLY since 1st time sticking.

yeah, cutting would require you to really take a long hard look at your nutrition, because losing fat and retaining muscle, even with AAS, is a juggling act. I suggest you begin your research with the diet sticky and move from there. Furthermore, cutting doesn't mean your workout has to change..that's a myth. I know alot of people who cut and still do heavy sets, like me In fact, some pros believe that switching to higher volume sessions while cutting may inadvertently be sending a message to your body that it's okay to burn muscle because you don't need to go heavy anymore.
