Just wanted to get some thoughts on which cycling philosophy experienced people on here prefer.
My last cycle i didn't do either, just ran 500 mgs of Sustanon a week for all 12 weeks.
A good friend who has done tons of research on gear told me using the pyramid technique is outdated and not generally recommended anymore.
The way this guy frontloads is for example on my cycle he would have shot 500 mgs on his first shot of the cycle, then just the regular 250 every third day thereafter.
