I'm 6'7" and around 190lbs. Ive been working out for about 3 years and I have tried heavy weights and all i do is get stronger and cut. I want to get bigger so i want to do AAS. My questions are:
On a cycle do you spread the dosage you need throughout the day or do all of it before you work out?
If all of it, how long before your workout?
Also, on a cycle do you take AAS on your days off or just the days you work out?
