hey i tried doing a cycle a while back.. test 400 and winny.

gyno is in my family and i had to stop my cycle like 6-7 weeks in because of puffy nipples... not like 3 months later its getting a bit better but i still feel lumps under my nipple

1. wat can i do to remove these lumps
2. im pretty into bb and wanna continue with further cycles.. wat should i do to stop gyno from reoccuring
