    Question just tell me what i need please

    going to TJ.. lets keep it simple.. what i need for great results for bulking cycle.. weight 176.. 5'11.. eat enough.. sleep enough.. know the proper workout routines just need quick fast results with the help of steroids.. AND i need a shopping list of exactly what i should buy in TIJUANA .. if theres any legit steroids sold there.. please no negative responses keep that for someone elses page just need advice already have my mind set on buying them there thank you so much

    dude no one is going to give you advice with that attitude...

    you need to tell us you age,wieght,diet,cycle experience. before any one decent will give you the time of day..

    k well im 20.. i eat 4000-6000 calories always high protein.. never been on a steroid cycle only tried testoprim-d

    I laid the cycle out for you in your previous thread, it is a good lean tissue building cycle. I would run that.

    if you eat 4000-6000 calories a day how are you only 176? you must do some extreme cardio if you still arent gaining weight naturally

    My guess is that if you only weigh 176 lbs and are only 20, you do NOT know how to eat right. Sorry bro, but if you cant gain naturally at your age, youre doing something wrong and steroids arent the answer for you!!

    5'11 175? I am 5'5 185 15% bf man, just turned to the dark side not too long ago...i would recommend training a little longer i wish i was 5'11 id be wei***ng 200 at least.

    gonna do what you want so

    only guarantee ive had is the organon redi-jects of suston250 and deca durabolin

    lots of bunk gear there

    stay away from revouclion street in tj i remember that there was a awsome drug store there where you walk in and there is a bathroom right behind the counter and that guy was good to go

    but that was in 99

    i'm sorry, back to the thread at hand.

    to be honest, i really think some more extensive research into the NATURAL side of training along with knowledge of a correct muscle building diet followed by some nice solid sleep and rest should provide more than adequate gains.
