Hi, I'm new to the site and just need some advice on my first stack in about 6 years. I'm 27 years old 5'11, 220lbs, about 16% body and am looking to bulk up some, hopefully to about 240 or so. I've been lifting off and on since I was about 18. I've been thinking about running deca but I'm not sure the correct dosage or if that would be the right choice. Also should I consider stacking it with something else or would I be ok doing this by itself ?
